Currently, I've designed and built Applygigs to help job seekers make better resumes that pass ATS checkers after struggling to find a job. It now serves 2K+ users with AI tailoring, templates, job board, and AI assistant, making $950 MRR.

I also built Notedrill, an AI note taker to help students generate quizzes and flashcards, handle PDF, text, and image notes, and chat with their documents. Launched this year, it serves 2K+ users making $1.8K MRR. I built these things after some failures building pitch deck startups and directories.

I struggled a lot in the beginning with writing, and because of my love for networking and meeting founders, I fell in love with the indie community and built Indieniche. Now 3K+ members read my founder stories and talks. We just share stories from founders building cool startups

In the past, I worked with Vesicash (an escrow system). I led design there and redesigned their escrow and payment flows and onboarding. We processed $5M+ in B2B transactions. I also worked with Moneymie, a cross-border payment system, as a lead designer helping migrants send money home. We raised $500K in pre-seed, grew to 20K users, processed $300K in revenue and $2M in money movement in B2B. I worked on growth hacks alongside design.

I also had the chance to work on a growth and product studio called EngineerSF helping founders with design, SEO, product, and growth. We helped more than 100+ companies in my 4 years of moving from junior designer to design lead. I also joined Toptal, one of the biggest platforms for connecting with clients, after a 4-stage interview, working with clients all over the world.

In 2022, I started a small mentorship called Product Genes Mentorship and trained 3 designers to become better designers. Those designers are now leading design teams from around the world.

When I started building, I didn't have enough money, so I had to learn things by myself. One of the things I learned was SEO, how to research keywords with Ahrefs and free tools, how to perform competitive research, find missing keywords, and build an outline strategy to rank in the smallest of ways. This enabled me to build Wordiebox. My experience allowed me to build Wordiebox from 0 to 50K/month traffic using free tools, strategy, and programmatic SEO approach.

This was a tough one for me, and I had to learn this for 3 years after trial and errors. It was after those 3 years that I started going viral on TikTok and Reddit. I used the content strategies to grow Applygigs TikTok account to 1.5M total views and also 2M Reddit views, sharing content that's helpful to people using faceless accounts.
